No notice today, but Kurt finally mentioned something in passing. When he got home from work tonight, he said if a financial service or bank or credit company calls the house…don’t talk to them. He told me to tell them he wasn’t home. That made me so mad. I just came right out and asked point blank if we were broke. Or if he was in debt. Or had to file for bankruptcy. I told him I heard the phone conversation and I saw all the bank stuff in the mail. He got mad. But then out of nowhere started to cry. Really. He cried. Not like a heavy sob, just teary eyed and red in the face. We stayed up all night talking about the issue. And I was just stunned. I had no idea. I felt so bad, but so touched that Kurt was trying to keep me out of it. That’s why he told me not to talk to anyone who calls the house regarding money. Anyway – his frickin ex wife is trying to clean him out! She took out all these credit cards in his name. She got his bank account info and transferred money from his accounts to hers…that’s why he got the notices. She is CRAZY! The woman has gone psycho. But Kurt is getting it under control. He said she could probably go to jail if he prosecutes. If they get enough evidence. Since Kurt is not legally divorced yet, psycho ex wife was going all over the place opening lines of credit with Kurt’s info. His social security number, she used his work phone as a contact and his address too. And what’s worse is that he had a checking account with a bank, and she called to get the money transferred to HER account. At a completely different bank! He has no idea how she did it. But that’s why he had negative money. She swiped it all. I told Kurt to call the police, but he just wants his money back right now. And he pulled his credit report to see how much damage she did. I don’t even want to know. If I see that B****…FEMALE DOG….at the gym tonight….I will definitely try to cause a scene. Who does that to someone? Kurt worked so hard for everything. He came from nothing and she cleaned him out.
