Specific Contest Rules

These contest rules are specific to the above contest conducted by Entercom Norfolk, LLC d/b/a WPTE-FM (collectively, the “Station”). Except to the extent specifically set forth below with respect to this specific contest, the Station’s general contest rules apply to this contest as well. A copy of these specific contest rules and the Station’s general contest rules are available at the Station’s studio at 236 Clearfield Avenue, Suite 206, Virginia Beach, Va. during regular business hours and on the contest page on the Station’s website at www.pointradio.com. To the extent that the general contest rules differ from these rules, these rules will govern and control with respect to this Contest.Entercom Norfolk, LLC (d/b/a) (the “Station”) will conduct a contest as described below (the “Contest”).

WHO CAN ENTER
Contest is open to persons 18 years and older. Only one winner per household for the life of the contest.

HOW TO ENTER AND WIN

Contest will begin on April 10, 2008 and end on approximately July 2, 2008.

Listen to Station at each weekday at approximately 7a, 12p and 4p for the Pick Your Pump announcement to call the station contest line at 757-490-9490. After the announcement, if you are the 25th person to call 757-490-9490 you will be given the opportunity to “Pick Your Pump”.
Contestants can choose to win either a $100 gas card (which will be announced as a $94 Gas Card provided by Nissan of Newport News) or a pair of designer women’s shoes valued at $75 (in the form of a gift certificate provided by Dillards at MacArthur Center ).
If the contestant chooses the shoes, they will also receive a music CD valued at approx. $18. Some of the Pump winners may also receive a surprise prize. The contestant will learn if they won a surprise prize and what that prize is after the choice to receive the shoes as a prize has been made.
Only calls received to 757-490-9490 are eligible to enter and win.

ODDS OF WINNING

Odds of winning depend on the number of callers at the time the calls are solicited and the order    in which the calls are answered.

PRIZES

6.   A total of up to 170 prizes/prize packs will be awarded in this Contest.

7.   A total of up to 60 gas cards, 110 shoe gift certificates and 110 cds may be awarded in this contest.

8.   A total of at least two concert flyaways may be awarded in this contest. Each trip value will be approximately $1,500. The destination cities and artists will be announced during the course of the contest. Winners must travel during the date frame announced. Trips will include roundtrip air transportation for two from Norfolk or Newport News, hotel accommodations for a minimum of 2 nights, and two concert tickets. Travel arrangements will be coordinated with the winner(s) by the station and/or record label. Trips will not include food, ground transportation or incidentals unless otherwise announced. No cash exchange, prize substitution or prize assignation allowed.

9.   Each winner, subject to eligibility and compliance with these rules, will win: either a $100 gas card or a pair of shoes (gift certificate valued at $75) coupled with a Point music CD ($18). Some of the shoe winners may also receive a surprise prize to include either a flyaway as aforementioned, concert tickets (valued between $50-$100), show tickets (valued between $25-$100), theme park tickets (valued at $75-$300). A minimum of five surprise prizes will be awarded during this contest.
