94.9 the Point Announces Talent Line-Up Change

Virginia Beach, Va. (March 17, 2008) – WPTE-FM has made a change to the station’s daily talent line-up. Effective immediately, Jenna Kehoe will move from a.m. drive to mid days, Monday through Friday. She will be swapping her “Morning Point” shift with current 10a-3p Point personality, Heather Branch.

Branch joins the morning show’s Chuck Doud and Mary Kathryn “Woo Woo” Young; she will bring her own special brand of fun, entertainment and enthusiasm to the program – long one of the most popular and successful morning radio shows in Hampton Roads.

The shift change was made to accommodate some very special needs of Kehoe and her husband/Morning Point co-host, Doud.

Operations Manager, Don London said, “Chuck and Jenna are going through a very personal matter and we would like to request that you keep them in your thoughts and prayers. They’re dealing with some lifestyle challenges and some child care issues. You will continue to be able to enjoy all of your favorite Point talents; albeit two in different time slots. Thank you for your concern and thank you for listening to 94.9, The Point”.
